The Lutronic Ultra assists with resurfacing of the skin, targeting skin texture, sun/age spots, acne, and wrinkles. This treatment is non-ablative, meaning minimal to no downtime. 

What to expect

Upon arrival, you will be numbed with a topical anesthetic, depending on the intensity set. During the treatment, you will feel a warm sensation, with minimal to no pain, described as a prickly feeling. Treatment can last anywhere from 5-20 minutes, depending on the area being treated. A topical healing agent and face mask will be applied to calm down the redness. Expect redness for 24-48 hours. 

Pre treatment

Avoid sun exposure and stop all products a week before the appointment. Avoid any treatments such as electrolysis, threading, sun exposure, and other laser treatments. Please come with a clean face. 

Post treatment:

Do not go into the sun.

An aftercare kit will be given. Please only use this for one week along with a sunscreen daily. 

Do not use any products containing retinol or exfoliants for one week. 

Do not pick at skin.

What to expect

Upon leaving, you will be red. You will feel like you have a sunburn. This can last 24-48 hours. 

Your skin will feel like sandpaper, and darkening of red or brown spots is normal. This will last up to seven days. Purging may happen; this is also normal. 

After 1-2 weeks, you will notice an improvement in your skin. For the best outcome, three sessions are recommended. 

Laser tattoo removal involves using a Pico laser to break down the ink pigment into particles by using short bursts of energy. The body then eliminates these particles. A Pico laser has been the “gold standard” for the removal of tattoos due to its minimal side effects and effectiveness. A topical agent or injectable Lidocaine will be used to numb the area being treated. Most removal sessions require a minimum of three sessions to see results.
